Link by Link: How Comparison Forges the Chains We Carry
Marley's ghost didn't drag his sins in chains. He dragged his ledgers. Mayra Sanchez, Holistic Wisdom Strategist and sister of Marcelino Sanchez, Rembrandt in The Warriors, shares how growing up measuring herself against her brother's success led her into the comparison trap, and how every choice she made to stay favored became another link in a chain she carried for almost forty years. Business owners will recognize the silent ledger they keep, learn to spot comparison before it costs them their own definition of success, and practice the W.A.R. Reset, the first three steps of her W.A.R.R.I.O.R.S. Method, live in the room. Takeaways

Holistic Wisdom Strategist, Founder of Dragon Lifestyle
Mayra Sanchez knows what it costs to be the one everyone counts on. At sixteen, she promised her brother Marcelino, the actor who played Rembrandt in the 1979 film The Warriors, that she would take his place caring for their mother. She kept that promise for almost four decades, through a year in bed with chronic fatigue, raising two daughters on her own, and a superstorm that flooded her Staten Island home. What brought her back was Faith, qigong and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She trained under Qigong Grandmaster and O.M.D. Nan Lu, became a certified Dragon's Way Qigong® instructor, and later completed Dave Ramsey's in-person Financial Coach Master Training. Mental fitness is now part of her ongoing training too. Today Mayra is a Holistic Wisdom Strategist and the founder of Dragon Lifestyle, helping high capacity people with big hearts move from the Job of Living to the Art of Living. Her chapter "The Mystery of Transformation," about Superstorm Sandy and letting go, appears in the Amazon bestselling anthology Healthy, Abundant & Wise. Her book, Remembering Rembrandt, which shares her origin story and the W.A.R.R.I.O.R.S. Method, is coming soon. She co-hosts the Let Your Voices Be Heard Podcast Show, where business and personal life intersect in real conversations.
